Before making the leap into real estate full-time, Matt was managing multi-million dollar projects for some of the largest brands in the world. Prior to starting his company, OA Experiential, Matt was producing $30M + yearly with projects for Cartoon Network at Atlantis, HGTV holiday experiences around the US, a music festival at the Super Bowl (in conjunction with Direct TV) and the grand re-opening of The Forum in Los Angeles (to name a few). Matt grew OA Experiential to a multi-million dollar company in just two years and built a client list that included NBC Universal, FOX, FX, Hulu, Harley-Davidson, Sony, Red Bull, Adidas and Hyatt hotels.
